Database Creation Process: The process of building Databases is one the most important activities that is being carried out in our centralized Color Laboratory. The step-wise procedure is defined as following:
After mapping the customer's business processes and requirements a suitable ECOTINT® Colorants Series is determined.
Receipt of the Paint Bases in the Leonice Color Laboratory. A detailed document mentioning information for the Paint Base, Fandecks / Color cards choice to be validated is accompanying the bases.
Evaluation of the products and assurance of colorants and base paints compatibility.
With the use of the lastest equipments such as the high-end Spectrophotometers and our in-house developed software tools such as LEOMIX®PRO combined with the wide experience of our highly skilled color experts, we develop the complete Database formulations as required our esteemed customers.
Installation of the database in a customized version of LEOMIX®PRO.
Delivery of the final setup to the customer. The last version of LEOMIX®PRO incorporating the database is ready to be used and updated constantly.
